Outlook Calendar Color Coding Not Working. We are on office 365 and when i created a calendar in outlook (on my desktop) i colour coded all the entries (used 5 colours). When you click a calendar event in outlook, the categorize option will be visible in the appointment/meeting section of the ribbon.

Open the calendar view settings by going to the calendar in outlook, then selecting the view tab,. (the match must be exact.

Go To The View Tab And Click View Settings In The Current View Group.

Issue is with outlook desktop app.

When They Open The Calendar They Can See The Category Name But Not The Color, And They Are Not Able To Select The Category Name When Making Edits.
